This gated community is on 22 acres with 33 homes that are all owner owned and occupied.
All homes are park home models with interior space of 399 sq feet. All homes have porches, and some have lofts.
Lots are rented for $500-$550 and include water, sewer, and trash. Internet and electricity are separate.
All homes are nestled in trees with room for parking. Carports and fences are accepted with owner design approval.
